Restart....

Last week was not the best of days for all of us. All anxiety and all nerves was shattered.  We understand how you feel.

I know you worked very hard.  This feeling, this situation is temporary.  When we look back from the future it might be very different.  I know the results were not what you expected.  Not anywhere close to fulfilling your dream.  But remember this is not the end- this is just a pitstop, for you to reassess and realign yourself to what you want from life and to restart.

I know you will grow into a strong successful person in your own way.  We will support you without judging.

Janmasthami is over. .. Independence day is here.  Event to be dressed as a freedom fighter and say 4 lines. We decided on Sarojini Naidu and dressed you up in the saree.  The saree was brought last year during Independence day for your Jhansi Lakshmi Bhai role.  The saree draped perfectly this year.  I had thought you 4 lines "My name is Dhriti Gajjala My role is Sarojini Naidu I write poems I love you India Jai Hind" All the rehearsals were perfect but then you did not say anything in the school.  I don't know why? anyways i am very happy the way your costume turned out.

2014 development plans

Being in the corporate world, its a practice to have development plans, goal setting at the end of a year for the next year. So i picked up the same to set some goals for us to learn together this year and continuously review to check progress. Here is the list for 2014 The focus this year is to do little but achieve excellence in the field Values : a. Being Truthful b. Importance of Hardwork Life skills 1. Brushing Teeth : a. Brush teeth every morning and night b. Learn to brush yourself. 2. Having bath : a. Learn to have a bath yourself Health 1. Start Swimming 2. Healthy Eating habits There is no target for the Values but Life skills I have set as June for Brushing and September for Bathing.
