New Habits... Not so good ones

The weekend has been good. There was small ceremony for Saroja avva. You enjoy all the guest visits. Missed both your skate and dance classes. Though enjoying by late afternoon you turned cranky. It was difficult to control you and I really worked to get my temper cool but finally had to send you out with Karan so that you come back when most of my host tasks are completed. We thought you were sleep after a tiring day but your dad spotted some movements of your eating something. when he questioned what you were doing? Your instant reply was Nothing. He opened the blanket on your face to spot you eating something. On checking you just threw it down. You know what it was.... an eraser (rubber). How could you Dhriti? All of us got really upset but we did not beat you. We k...

First pair of Sunglasses

Dhriti is so amases with specs that I observed her trying out everybodies (grand pa, grand ma & mine) glasses and not letting them fall. So I bought her a pair of sun glasses. She is so impressed with the glasses and the blue world that she can see with it. She keeps wearing it all day. Also helps her move out during these hot summer months in mumbai.

hmm, Finally after a lot of rehersals of how to walk, wave and give a flying kissing it was the day to do it all on the stage. The event was to start at 8.00pm on 8th March 09 at the common area stage setup in Solitiare. Untill 6.30 i was still shopping for the event. Got my gorgeous princess ready. When she wore her grown she realised there is something important happening. Then she let me dress her up. Wore all the accessories (braclets, necklace, hairband, etc). The best part was her smile. She enjoyed being dress and when she looked at the mirror she and ofcourse all of us knew she was rocking.
